Dr. Tina Hall is the Co‑Founder of READY! International, a learning and workforce innovation enterprise dedicated to strengthening the confidence, capability, and long‑term success of adult learners. She brings more than twenty years of experience leading large‑scale workforce initiatives, building technical training academies, and advancing organizational learning across higher education, public transit, and regulated industries.
Tina’s career has been shaped by a deep commitment to creating learning environments that honor the intelligence, dignity, and lived experience of adults. She has designed programs that prepare individuals for complex, high‑skill careers and has led transformative initiatives that expand opportunity for workers across diverse sectors. Her leadership includes the creation of the eSERVE Academy, an industry‑recognized technical training enterprise that reshaped workforce readiness for a major metropolitan transit system. She has developed competency‑based curricula for safety‑critical roles, guided organizations through periods of growth and restructuring, and built learning strategies that support both operational excellence and long‑term talent development.
Her academic foundation strengthens every aspect of her work. Tina earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Physical Chemistry from Howard University, a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Regent University, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Norfolk State University.
